2 Timothy 1:7. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Does fear equal faith? Does fear equal discernment? Does fear cause you to reverence God? I'm sitting here thinking about the anxiety that overcame me when Real Estate people said not to show their homes that are for sale while the Virus has transmission capabilities. FEAR or FAITH? What should we do? I say remain in God. Timothy articulates the mind of God and God places in Timothy's spirt that HE has not given him (Timothy) a Spirit of Fear. Fear is a spirit. It flows like a virus. And where do viruses come from. Viruses come from bits of DNA or RNA that "escaped" from the genes of a larger organism. I believe the nations are under viral attack because of the "Spirits" they've sown into the world.
What is God telling us? By His Blood we are saved and covered. These offspring that have come out of fear have no power, love, or sound mind. Be strong and of good courage. Be wise in well-doing and protect yourselves. Above all remember God has not given you a spirit of fear.
